How to Create a Buyer Account
Buyers include hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and other businesses looking to streamline their procurement processes.
- Visit the SupFolio Website
- Navigate to www.supfolio.com and click on Sign Up.
- Enter Your Details
- Complete the form with:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Password (ensure it’s strong and secure)
- Complete the form with:
- Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for the verification email from SupFolio.
- Click the link to activate your account.
- Finalize Your Profile
- Add details like:
- Business address
- Tax identification number (if required)
- Payment preferences (e.g., SupFolio Wallet setup)
- Add details like:
Congratulations! You’re now ready to connect with suppliers, place orders, and manage your procurement effectively.
How to Create a Supplier Account
Suppliers include wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors providing goods or services to HoReCa businesses.
- Transition from Buyer To Supplier
- Log in to your Buyer Profile on SupFolio.
- Navigate to your Dashboard and select the option to join the Supplier Dashboard.
- Complete the Registration Form
The system will prompt you to fill out a registration form. Provide the following details:- Company Name
- VAT Number
- Phone Number
- Person in Charge (Name and Contact Information)
Click Submit once all details are filled.Note: Our team will review your submission and approve your account shortly. You will receive a notification once your supplier profile is activated.
- Access your Supplier Dashboard
Once your account is approved:- Log in to your account and access the Supplier Dashboard.
- Choose the subscription plan that best suits your business needs.
Once your profile is live, buyers can discover your business and start placing orders!
